The Vulva, (labia majora, labia minora), can have changes in its shape due to factors such as pregnancy, childbirth, changes in body weight and family factors.

At the vaginal level, it is practically due to childbirth and is characterized by muscle weakness.

The procedure at the level of the labia majora can be performed with liposuction when the change is due to the accumulation of fatty tissue, or the elimination of flaccidity, as it would be in the case of the labia minora

At the vaginal level, it consists of the reconstruction of the muscular wall.
